Find Your Way Driving Lessons

As soon as Learner drivers move from L’s to P’s their risk of being in a crash jumps dramatically and stays very high for about six months.

This is mainly due to the sudden change in driving circumstances eg:

When a learner driver is having driving lessons they are being closely supervised and told what to do and where to drive.

When a learner driver is ready to drive from having driving lessons and pass a driving test they suddenly are on the road totally unsupervised on their P’s.

This is why Road Sense Driving School offers unique driving lessons once a learner is almost up to test ready driving standards, such as asking the learner on their driving lessons to “Find Their Own Way” by encouraging them to become responsible for their own learning, of course as the learner navigates around town on their own our instructor is always in control without being controlling.

These last few lessons in preparation for their P plate driving test will be the most important driving lessons they will ever have as they need to be good at learning and driving on their own as they will be as soon as they get their P plates.

As a caring supervisor, saying “Find Your Own Way” means you let go of absolute control. That doesn’t mean you have to be out of control – you can still feel in control without being controlling.
