Incorrect Lane Changing
Before you lane change you need to check your mirrors and blind spot, however, people don’t do it all the time, including during the driving test. Make sure you change lanes correctly! When your driving test officer requests you to change lanes, first, check your mirrors turn on your signal, re-check your rearview and side mirrors, and turn your head chin to shoulder to the direction of the lane you intend to move into looking for a car, truck or motorcycle in your blind spot, if it is clear and you have a safe following distance in front and rear only then should you change lanes. It is also common for learners to slow down whilst changing lanes so try to maintain your speed.
Rolling Stop
One of the most common mistakes to avoid during your Driving Test is stopping completely at Stop Signs. A lot of drivers slow down very slowly but do not actually come to a complete stop whilst completing the On Driving Test. You must come to a complete stop, close but not over the stop line.
